INTEGRAL STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT - (DEI in Spanish), is the only company in Mexico whose essential area of work is training with Neurolinguistic Programming, and distinguishes itself for being the first and only company that works in Mexico with Dr. John Grinder, Co-founder of NLP.
We are pioneers in the training of companies focused on NLP, having obtained the highest standards of recognition for the quality of our services. Our projects have been achieved in different public companies at a national level, having trained thousands of people.
Our main characteristic is to adapt ourselves to the needs of our clients, focusing our consulting services on the fulfillment of their company's vision and mission, offering the guarantee of our avant-garde knowledge of NLP, with the professional advice of the company Quantum Leap, Inc., founded by Dr. John Grinder, thereby becoming this company's subsidiary and the representative in Mexico and Latinamerica of the Co-founder of NLP.
In association with Quantum Leap Inc., our company Integral Strategic Development has become for the moment the only company that offers courses with John Grinder in Mexico and Latin America, participating together in important development projects.
Dr. John Grinder
John Grinder is notably recognized as the Co-founder of Neurolinguistic Programming or NLP, universally seen as the main methodology used in the study of the thought patterns of human beings and in models of behavior. John Grinder has written 14 books in the field of the human potential, including titles such as “Turtles all the way down”, "The Structures of Magic", "Patterns of the Hypnotic Techniques of Milton H. Erickson, Md”.
John Grinder is involved in the identification of the individual and collective models of behavior and thought patterns in a conscious and unconscious level in organizations.
His experience in identifying these models allows him to create long range programs, specific programs of intervention throughout the levels of organization within the companies.
Dr. Carmen Bostic St. Clair
Carmen is Director of Quantum Leap, an international organization involved in the design and putting into practice of cultural communication systems.
She brings 14 years of experience to the field of the corporative education as one of the preferred advisers of many businesses in mergers and acquisitions, on a local and global scale. Her leadership has placed Carmen in a unique position to discover.

Carmen has written numerous articles and text books in the field of business education. She now spends her time developing learning cultures in organizations throughout the world.
Dr. Edmundo Velasco
Graduated from the Technological Institute of Superior Studies in Monterrey (ITESM) with a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Masters Degree in Human Development from the Technological Institute of Superior Studies in the West (ITESO).
He specialized in Gestalt Psychotherapy (in the Humanist Institute of Gestalt Psychotherapy in Mexico D.F.) and in Ericksonian Hypnosis.
Master and instructor certified by John Grinder in Neurolinguistic Programming, besides being the technical representative of John Grinder in Mexico.
He now acts as John Grinder´s Associate Instructor for giving NLP courses in Mexico and Latin America, and at the same time gives courses in Photo Reading and Creative Solutions, recognized by Paul R. Schelee of the Learning Strategies Corporation.
